Administration Manager

He supports patients from first enquiry onwards, with a strong focus on customer service, clear communication and a welcoming experience for everyone who contacts the clinic.
Our Clinic and Visiting Services
Earworx is based within Warners on Pickering Road in Hull, East Yorkshire. Free parking is available close to the building, including accessible parking spaces. The premises also offer a café, bistro, gym and a range of other health services. Appointments are available at various times, including some evenings and weekends, subject to availability.
Our services extend beyond the Hull clinic. We provide visits to residential and nursing homes, GP surgeries, and industrial and commercial workplaces. We can also arrange clinics at other locations throughout the UK, subject to availability and prior agreement.
Our Approach
Good ear care begins with careful assessment and an understanding of each person's individual needs.
We provide ear checks, microsuction earwax removal and audiometric health surveillance (workplace hearing checks). Our services are available to individuals, care homes, GP surgeries, health centres and employers.
For visits away from our clinic, we use high-quality portable equipment. We also provide custom-moulded ear plugs to help protect hearing at work and during everyday activities.
We take time to explain our findings, discuss the available options and advise when further medical assessment may be appropriate.
Our aim is simple: to provide professional, personalised ear care and practical advice, delivered conveniently and at a fair price.
